when i wake up and i get ready i look at my penis and think "thats 6 year old penis" so is there any way i can get my penis up to 5 inches.

Give it time. Your penis can grow into your early 20's. Not everything happens at once and not everyone gets big early.
Hang in there. Don't compare your penis to others.
