2 days before my period I was cramping really bad so I took ibuprofen to help ease it off. Then the next day I was spotting a pinkish red discharge it only showed up if I wiped, nothing else. Then, day 1&2 of my period was normal. Then today I woke up and noticed I had brown discharge on my pad, but after I went and took a shower it's a light flow. I'm getting a fluttery feeling and I'm not sure what it is. Could I be pregnant or am I just imaging things?
