Hi!

It is more likely that you do have problems with your kidneys. This is something that I am almost sure at. Poor circulation to the kidneys usually results when you have problems with swelling of your feet, hands, ankles, etc.

Also, you need to observe some other symptoms if you have them, for example, those symptoms can be altered heart rate, fatigue, very high blood pressure, etc. You should definitely consider visiting your doctor to help you choose the proper diet program for you because there is more likely that your kidney issues are caused by bad foods that you are eating. It is all related to poor blood circulation as well.

There are many possible causes of the feet swelling (edema). It could be something serious like problems with heart, kidneys or blood vessels or it could be due to high salt intake as well as carbohydrates, abusing laxatives or diuretics, an allergic reaction, some kind of neuromuscular disorder, sodium retention, etc

To know what’s happening, you better give your doc another call or seek second opinion.
