Hi.I am a 14 years old boy.My weight is 56 kg and my height is 5"3 inches.I want to burn my weight upto 50 kg and I want to grow 3-5 inches.Please advice me a helpful exercises and others.



You can burn your fat easily even your age is only 24. You have to do some exercise and control diet or i can eat healthy food and avoid snacks and oily food. You have to put some efforts if you really want to burn fat and lose weight. There are following exercises and things that you have keep in your mind.

Eat healthy food

Drink plenty of water in a day

Do some exercise and outdoor games like football and badminton or etc.

Do some plank, Weight lifts, push ups & pull ups
