Hi Kristin, I think that if you want to get pregnant and you're in good health after your lung transplant then I see no reason why you can't get pregnant unless it's a strain on your body. If you are going to go with a surrogate instead, however, I can tell you that you can talk to a fertility service in your area as they often offer a surrogacy option. I have been listed for a Bi-Lateral (double Lung transplant). Wanted to know would I accept a single lung?  Would like to hear from anyone with experience in this subject. Thank you.
