Honestly the same thing is happening to me. I have not had a period in 4 months and i am now lactating. The pregnancy tests all say negitive and every week ive went to the doctor or hospital and they say i have one infection after another. Once i went to one hospital then another the next day and both gave me different results. Im so confused as to whats going on.

Birth control can cause you not to have your period and sore breasts are a side effect of most birth control. If you honestly think something is off go see your doctor and tell them about it.
