My problem with unwanted pound is so annoying! Only way to deal with this is to exercise every day, and eat healthy. OK, this is plan! I will not drink any pills or shakes. I will eat almost everything, but sugar and fast food. I will drink milk, eat fruits and vegetables, and also I will exercise every day about 30 minutes. Also, I will drink lot of water, about 10 to 12 glasses every day. Any experience that can help me? What else I can eat, and what I can drink? Can cardio fitness be helpful in this makeover?
