I have heard about that 6 week body makeover program. So, I have some questions about this issue.  I know what to eat, I know how much water I need to drink, but also I wanna know when I can expect some transformation on my body? I have lot of unwanted pounds, and I cant deal with it anymore. I was at lot of diets, I dont eat sugar or fries and burgers, but seems to me there is not results that I want. I want to start this six week makeover program and can anyone tell me was it helpful? Best  regards.
