Take a clean one-gallon jug and pour in the following:
3 Quarts of Water
1 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup Pure Maple Syrup (not maple flavored, but the REAL stuff) or molasses
1 Teaspoon Cayenne
Shake it all up and drink 8-12 glasses a day.
