The doctor think that my lmp was nov 25 because that was the date i told her and she doesn't know that i had a miscarriage. I didnt tell her also that i had 2 unprotected sex within that period.

I think you should tell her that the date was in fact the 21st Nov, but it maybe that the scan indicated the due date (depending when the scan was taken. Also I think she should know the dates of your sex. But you MUST tell her about your miscarriage. Not only might that cause her to adjust your 'due date', but she will be wanting to monitor the last stages of your pregnancy, looking for complications, and maybe be prepared for a premature arrival.

If the due date is 8th Sept, then it indicates fertilisation occurred 16th December, just after sex on 13th.
