A little blood should heal by itself. A lot of bright red blood means you'd need to see a doctor ASAP.
The tissues in your anus are very vascular, full of blood. They also tear easily.

Ok thank you for your advice there's a bit of blood about just less than quarter of a tea spoon but only when I whip so it is probably ok now but there is no pain now so do u think it should be ok
