In the last couple of months I have noticed that I feel a pea size knot at the base of my penis head. I can really feel it when I am erect. I have had three surgeries in the last 8 months. double hernia, tonsils and gall bladder. No matter how long I wait before putting it away after going to the bathroom I leak about a teaspoon of urine in my shorts. I don't even know I have done it until I feel the wetness.
