Hello, I am 50 years old and couple of months ago I have started having sleeping problems. I sleep now only couple of hours and I wake up easily. This situation is really upsetting me so I cannot function properly during the day. I would like to try dealing with this on my own before going to a doctor. Do you know of any good book about curing insomnia?

There are numerous ways of informing yourself about insomnia, or any other condition. Let’s say that internet is one of the most popular methods for acquiring info, although I would suggest you to try with medical books (those that students use). But, there is a possibility that insomnia is just a symptom of some other condition and you should go to a doctor to check it out. No book will help you there.
