I am a male, 26 years old. I dont take medications.
3 Weeks ago, I involuntarily compressed the muscle to the left lower part of the abdomin and I felt some pain, gases and change in the taste of mouth. the next day I started feeling fatigue, dizzy and pressure on the lower part of the abdomen. Change in the bowel, stool more soft and less, urin with some burning and I feel heaviness, bloating in the abodomen as if I am carrying extra weight. I did some urin,stool and blood tests. physical examination (palpation of abdomen area) at more than 2 doctors but no clue. I started getting better but I the incident recurred again when I lent over my laptop compressing the muscle again. In addition this time I felt nausea and pins and needles pain.

I am worried if this contraction caused internal muscle injury, internal bleeding, accumulation of blood in the peritoneum and increased pressure.
Currently I feel better but still have the pins and needles in the abdomen.
I apperciate your help in diagnosis and required tests.
