Hi I am 18 years old, female, i have two problems...and i don't know if they are related. 1. When i was younger, for a good three or four years i experienced bleeding or severe pain and difficulty when pooing. I guess I was just too embarassed to tell anyone, and well i still am. Now that's over, but i get very very occasional pains in my stomach. I thought it may be due to an allergy to dairy products as I consumed a lot, but stopping drinking milk and avoiding those products only helped my constipation. I still get the really bad pains all the time and feel bloated several times per week. Usually every day at least once. 2. Usually after sex i experience pain in about the same area. I could be wrong, but it seems to happen when i don't orgasm. This is incredibly painful also, and i have been tested for STD's at the local clinic but there seemed to be nothing present. Still it makes me feel bloated, and it hurts to curl up or to stretch out. It's pretty unbearable, and i think i don't enjoy sex as much because of this after pain. I just want to know if there is anything that might help reduce the pain and bloating after sex?

for the sex part i usually get the extreme pain around the waist line when we dont use condoms, i'm not sure if it's really the cause, but just to share my experience.
oh on the pain part, maybe get some gas-relieving pills like Gas-X or something to reduce the bloating, if it's crampy, try Midol, it seems to help sometimes.
hope you feel better!

No pain - only the located bloat (it is pretty rough too)
Funny enough the bloat seems to bother me less everytime i urinate.
No pregnancy (due to safe sex) and menstruation keeps coming every month (pretty regular too) :-)
Condom never broke (we are carefull enought to check that)
Never been prengnant either.
And no STDs (neither me nor my boyfriend)
Only the deep penetration (blushes) we find somewhat enjoyable could it be the cause because i am aware that during this kind of rough sex, the penis can hit the female cervix.
After a few days, or a week the feeling is gone.
Just wanted to know is this normal? Or could it represent a more concerning kind of situation, like an eventual cancer...?
My mother passed away because of a linfatic cancer (and lung phibrosis as a side-effect due to the cancer treatments). However, the cancer in my family may not even be related to what i feel...
Thank you.
;-)

"When i was younger, for a good three or four years i experienced bleeding or severe pain and difficulty when pooing." I had this, and I also had problems with my vagina ripping (just a small bit, but excruciatingly painful) when I had sex. Anyway, after years of being misdiagnosed, I stumbled on a specialist who told me I had a form of eczema called 'Lichen Sclerosus'. It's worth finding out if you have that, though you may need to track down a specialist dermatologist. It affects the anus and the vagina (though I guess it's possible it can just hit one or the other). It can be sorted out easily with a prescribed steroid cream. I get the bloating thing too, but that's how I found your post, so can't help with that. But interesting what someone else said that it's only when you don't orgasm - I think that's the same for me. I guess when you orgasm your body/cervix all opens out to allow the man in more, so maybe it's caused by a bit of bruising. Guess we girls all have to be more selfish lovers!! Oh, and 'Letme', please ditch that guy and never see him again! Screaming in ecstasy while orgasming is one thing, but screaming in pain asking him to stop and he doesn't - that kinda borders on rape, and is in no way respectful or loving. Don't let a guy like that inside you, sex should be fun for BOTH of you, and you'll only get that with someone who wants you to feel pleasure as much as he does.
