For the last year everytime I have had my period on the first day I've had abdominal pains, nausea, a temperature and dizziness, which usually go away after a few hours. However, this month I got all of those symptoms on the 14th day and again on the day which would've been the first day of my period, but there was no period.
Could I be pregnant ?? Please help
