Hi! I'm having pretty much exactly the same problems as everyone else. For a little over a month, I've been having pain in my pelvis, hip, lower back, and sometimes in my abdomen and upper back too. I've been having lots of HEAVY whitish discharge that's the consistency of egg whites / jelly. I do mean a lot too, like, 2 tablespoons worth that comes out 2 or 3 times a day. The discharge has no smell at all. I went to the ER because the pain got so bad. They did a pelvic exam, thought I had a pelvic infection, and started me on antibiotics, but the test results came back negative for any infection, STD, or yeast. I followed up with my regular doctor and she's sending me for an ultrasound tomorrow.
I'm so tired of being in pain and so freaked out by the amount of discharge that's coming out!! I'm worried it's something terrible, like cancer or something. I know for a fact I don't have cervical cancer (I was tested) but I'm afraid it's uterine or ovarian cancer or something else awful like that. I'm 27 years old, and I've had irregular periods all my life, but lately they've been lasting like 10 days and the pain is so bad for the first couple of days I can't even get up and walk around. I've told the doctors all this and no one seems that concerned, but they're not the ones that have to walk around totally stressed out and in pain every day with no answers!
Please, if anyone finds out what is causing this before I do let us all know!

Hi guys, I just wanted to let you all know that I finally got a tentative diagnosis on this. I say tentative because I had an ultrasound (abdominal / pelvic / trans-vaginal) and the radiologist says I either have a duplicated cervix (a condition called didelphys) or an elongated vaginal septum! I have to have an ultrasound now because they don't know which it is, so I will come back and update here when I get those results.
Now, I'm not saying that all of you have these conditions. However, even though they've long been considered quite rare, doctors are finding out that the condition is actually a lot more common than they used to think! So, I would recommend an ultrasound / MRI to see if maybe some of you might be experiencing something similar.
As I said, I will keep you all posted when I find out more about this.

two weeks after your period would mean you were ovulating. Many women spot during ovulation and have period like cramps. Have you had your testosterone and Estrogen levels tested also. just a thought.

I too, would love a follow up satus on these ladies.
I have a horrid pain in my right ovary area for the last four days, severe lower back pain, irregular periods that can last about ten days with a further 5 days of brown discharge, lethargy.
I suffer psoriatic arthritis, so the lethargy could be put be put down to this. I spoke to my rheumatologist who believes my lower back pain is mechanical. Who knows?
I suffer PCOS and have since I was 12, prior to menstruating and am concerned I may have something more severe. After reading about ovarian cancer, it scares the life out of me and every other female that is stricken with this issue. I have booked in with my family dr in two days time and have organised an aptmt with a gynocologist for July. I asked to be on the waiting liat if someone cancels as I fedl the earlier the better. I am going to ask my dr to organise a blood test for ovarian, uterine, fallopian, and any other sort of female cancer that may exist, plus an ultrasound.
As I mentioned earlier, I would love it if the ladies that wrote their posts on here earlier could update their status please.
