My daughter has been having some real bad abdominal pains for quite some time. It started with he birthday on Dec. 20,2012. she had some bad tomatos and could possibly, I thought, some kind of food poisonng. I did the best I could at treating her at home before I took her to the doctor. But I could not stand it any longer. I finally took her to the Emergency room in out town. We spent 41/2 hours doint test like blood tests, urine tests and a short CT Scan. They could do the whole scan because she was dehydrated and did not have any decent veins wo put the medicine in. When everything came back, the doctor on duty told me that he could not find anything wrong that required surgery or antibiotics and anythingnecessay. So he put her on the the medicine Bentyl which when I read about it, it was to teat Irritable Bowl Syndrome. So I thought that maybe that is what she had. I am not a doctor or a nurse but I do know alittle about medicines. She has been off work and don't know for sure if she can be off anymore with being fired. She has a doctor's appointment on Wednesday, January 16 with her regular doctor. So will see what he says and what to do. We are both getting afraid of what we may encounter. Please help us. Thank you.
