I am a 64 year old male, not sexually active. I have occasional wet dreams with no semen (dry orgasm) after about a day I start experiencing pain in my lower left abdomen and left testicle. This pain usually lasts up to 5 days. Could I have a blockage and the semen is building up inside and causing the pain ? I also have a non-functioning bladder and have to catherize myself 3 times a day. could this be a contributer to my problem ?

The catherization may be causing your problems. Yes, you could have semen accumulating in the vas deferens. Normally, this is relieved via sex, masturbation, or a wet dream.
Since they are dry, the catheterization may be to blame. It can also indicate a problem with your prostate.
