and the puss pockets on the bottom of my penis, had them for about 3 years no irritation or anything at all, almost left them untouched for about first two years, but i am concerned about my sexual life ahead, i never had sex until now, but now when i tried to squeeze these puss pockets, there are 1-2 more growing almost every 15-20 days, so im gonna leave them untouched for now.and for PPP  i found on the net that "while urinating, pulling back prepuce(foreskin) and leaving it pulled back for about an hour after urinating, gets some spots cured in about a week" i dont know if that works but im gonna try it now because there's no chance of side effect. what ultimate conclusion i found is that both these things do not affect your sexual n normal life, until n unless you try to prick them or do something else, which may cause infection. hope this helps

Well now I feel screwed. Iv had them for about 5 years and Im 14 now to know that I will have them for the rest of my life basically. Its reassuring to know Im not the only one. Hopefully before I get to old there will be a cure or a lotion... 

I thought I was the only one, but damn I guess I'm not haha. First noticed it when I was about 12-13 and I'm 18 now. Always thought something was terribly wrong with me but apperently were all normal. Seems to be a phenomenon or something. Anyways my girlfriend kinda pointed them out to me the other day and honestly I didn't know what to say, was just really embarrassed. But now I'm actually happier than I was before knowing kinda what it is and that I'm not the only one with it. Thanks guys for sharing everything, it helped ALOT. Haha

I have exactly what the OP has described Since I can remember. I can even do the needle trick to get the puss out. Now that puss isn't actually puss. It's semen. No matter how hard u try and how clean u are when u have these crevices (picture an underground tunnel) and u ejaculate some semen will build up in the crevice till you notice and squeeze it out. It's totally harmless and no girl has ever been disgusted by the look or even noticed it. It used to worry me as a kid but u soon realise it's quite normal. 

I have a similar problem but mines are not like a spot its looks like a small crater and every time I squeeze it dry pus comes out I've had this for 2 years Do I have to get checked up

same problem 24 now not any better than when i waas a kid. i like popping them :)

Apparently they Really called fordyce spots. I think you can Google from here bexcuse that's all I have figured out.
