He is an engineer currently working here but the job here is over and he will return home, and I am going with him. He has the mother with advanced dementia. I want to know what does it means. I have to tell you that it is not something pleasant. People with advanced dementia are lost or nearly lost the verbal abilities. They have incontinent of urine and they need assistance in toileting and feeding. The capability to walk also can be lost by progression of the illness. It is like the brain does not know to tell the body what to do.
