Anyone who suddenly has a bloated belly, without a history of the same, should try some simple steps:
* Avoid gassy foods like beans, cabbage, cauliflower, etc
* Avoid greasy or fatty foods
* Chew really well when eating, because you can swallow air, and you should avoid gum for the same reason
* Stay away from carbonated drinks
* Try using activated charcoal, Simethicone, or fennel tea to ease the gas, and see if they help
If the problem goes on for more than a few days, take it seriously and see your doctor, because you might have an underlying medical condition.

Hi I have the same problem as you. A coulpe of months I went to the doctor so he send me to go get a check up at the hospitol. I went and they found out I had a cyst that had small cyst inside and it pooped so I had to much liquid in my stomach cuz of that they gave me medication wich it helps only for a while but a coulp days later its the same... So im scared I might have something els like ovarios cancer or something like..
