I also get blisters, and they itch as well. I have stopped totally wearing fake nails because it is so painful to have them on. But I'm going to Mexico in January and I want to have nice looking nails. I think that it is the glue I use because when it gets on my skin that is when I break out. So I'm going to try and put Vaseline on my skin and cuticles to se if that helps.

I have an allergy to acrylics. But no problems with bio seaweed gel, I use also poison ivy wash, when I have itchiness, it works like a charm. Fungus can cause the same reaction as well.

But what permanent cement did you use? In allergic tonMMA and related acrylic glues/cements. Have had no end of problems caused by these and tooth colored restorations.
