I have all the signs...had light pink spotting 1 week before my period was due, I have very tingly breasts, dark nipples, bloating, very tired, been crying over anything & really feel that I am 100% pregnant. I have 3 beautiful healthy children & the news of Baby #4 would be Wonderful! :) I did a HPT way too early so decided to go today to do another one. It was a very cheap brand ($9.99) and I did it in the afternoon. It's the only chance I had to slip out without anyone noticing to do the test. The test was 'negative' but I still feel very pregnant. I am due to be coming on my 'next period' in 2-3 weeks...should I wait that long to see if I get the next one? That would put me into the 2nd Month of Pregnancy if I don't get it.
I'm not sure how my Partner will react to Baby #4, even though I would be so happy & welcoming to the New Edition.
Should I go to the Doctors or just wait patiently to see if the next period actually comes?

Since you have three other children you know that there are some symptoms of pregnancy when our periods are coming. Trust me I understand your anxiousness as I myself want to be pregnant but I believe that you should wait to see if you get a period but in the meantime start taking Folic Acid (400mcg) so that you are at least caring for your body in the event you are pregnant. Thanks for your reply. I know what you mean, I honestly 'never' get these type of symptoms before a period. I've been crying alot over the littlest things & that is definitley not like me at all. :-)
I will just have to wait. The nurse I spoke to today in the Maternity Ward said she had 'all negative' Home PT results until she was 11 weeks.
A Nurse on another online help site like this one, said that she was negative until her 12th week.
Very strange yet helpful to be hearing that these types of things are common.
The Nurse said to wait another week & do another test. I might just go to the Doctor & do the blood test...so that I can rest assure either way. :-)
