Hi, guys. I have been going to the gym for 6 months, but I am not satisfied with my progress for last two months. I am thinking of working out twice a day, but I am not sure about this. Is there anyone who works out twice a day? Can you tell me whether this helped you or not? I hope someone will answer my post.

Hi to you too. I exercise twice a day. When I wanted to lose weight, I had only one training per day. When I wanted to build up muscles, I started with working out twice a day. In the morning I have a cardiovascular training. In the evening I deal with my muscle mass. However, I don’t recommend you working out twice a day on your own. Consult your gym trainer. Let him/her make a special program for you. Each organism is individual and we have different needs. I hope everything will be all right.
