Hi there. Im a 19 year old male and have recently been having some trouble with my fitness. I used to be able to run 4 or 5 days continuously (20 mins at a time) but have recently found myself unable to complete more than 2 days in a row. I have been more active than normal otherwise and also cut around 200 - 250 calories a day from my lunch (mainly due to getting up later). I also eat a lot less fat than i used to. Do you think i need to eat a bigger lunch to enable myself to regain fitness? I feel as though i have overtrained even after 2 days running in a row.

Are you getting enough sleep? Is there something else that may be causing you stress?

I'm With PH here, has there been major changes made in overall lifestyle? Could be diet, could be sleep, could be a lot of factors put in. other activities may be using the legs and tiring them out. Post run recoveries? moved to a higher altitude?

kind of hard to figure out with such limited information.
