Hi I'm 13 and 5'3 and I weigh 128 I feel really wierd cause all my friends weigh less but I'm very active and play serious volleyball all year around I have lots of muscle but I still feel ugh about how I weigh and I wondering if I should try to lose it like go on a diet or something

If you are active, it's a good thing, eat healthy and keep on doing physical activity,
Weight doesn't matter much if you are active and have a flat belly ;)

30 minutes of brisk walking every day will help you out in losing weight. have green tea twice daily instead of tea or coffee, you can have lime juice with 1 teaspoon of honey every day in morning.
