well im 13 and i weigh 156lbs. im 5'4. and i have big thighs but a flat belly. is that too bad for a teenager like me? and this summer i worked out for 3 weeks but nothing happened to my thighs. now i only have 1 week left to try again before school starts and i really want my thighs to be smaller. so im asking if is there any way to make my thighs smaller? and my weight lesser? thanks.  :-D
