Hi, i am a 13 year old female and i am about 5 foot 3 or so and weigh 111-116 pounds, depending on when i weigh myself. i would really like to be 107-109 pounds instead. i would like to know what i should do to get to that weight, and maintain it, and get a flat stomach or at least a tighter core than what i have. i dont want to do it in an unhealthy way though. any thoughts please? thanks!

Around 13-14 is when i started gaining weight like crazy, but what i did was maintaned a balanced diet, i understand how hard it is as a teenager to do it but u have to stay motivate and ACTIVE! that is verrryyyyy important Stay active whether its a brisk walk in ur neighborhood or a high energy work out like zumba! Focus on core related excersise as well as lots of water to flatten that tummy

well, its really easy considering you are just 13. You can add more of outdoor activities like sports, walk, etc. in your life and do regular exercise. You'll start noticing difference within months.

Over weight is major issue in these days. Every body want to reduce this. Weight losing task in our hand. Exercise and diet both are the main factor in this. Avoid the oily food & eat less but healthy.
