I've been running since March, starting with the C25K. I went and got fitted for sneakers during week 3 of the program. I just finished the C25K. I've been running about 3 miles 3 times a week.
Last Tuesday I think I over stretched my ankle/foot while stretching my shins... It's not really swollen or black and blue... I just hurts if I walk or run quite a bit. I taped up my ankle for the 5K race on Saturday and it was okay until I stopped running, then it hurt. I can walk on it okay, it's just painful to run on about 1 mile into it. The pain is inside right foot above the bone and next to it on the inside. Should I get some sort of a brace for it? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
