It's to early to tell. She may have a urinary tract infection, its very common in women after having sex.
The first sign of pregnancy is often a missed period. Sometimes she'd have very light bleeding about a week before she expects her period.
Other symptoms, aches, frequent urination, or nausea, are NOT SPECIFIC indicators of pregnancy.
