Hi.I am 40 yr. old.I've been suffering anxiety for the last 6months!I am taking klonopem but it does not work.Now I am using herbal supplement it seems to help a little bit.I am doing meditation and a little yoga for I am limited to what I can do;I have a hip dysplasia both of my hip.Tomorrow I will start water excersise hopefully it will help.Do you have anymore things I can do to get rid of this? Any suggestion? I would really appreciate it! Thanks.

hey!
im sorry to hear your having this problem, however i know just how bad anxiety attacks can be and make you feel.
when i feel anxious i like to think of things that make me happy and maybe write them down to avoid the onset of panic attacks which used to follow with me.
also i find that being around people like friends and family having support and a laugh helps eases the angst.
