Hi. Yes you can. You should try to leed a healthyer life, maybe start exercising, do yoga, or even meditate. If you really want to help yourself, you must do it by yourself. I’ve herad that there is a program called Lucinda Basset Program. You may try that. And if that doesn’t work, you can always take Prozac.
