Hello. I am a 56 old woman, and I suffer from anxiety. Don’t like pills. So I really thing that they are bad for you, so I was thinking about something more natural. Is there a natural alternative to pills?

Hi.There is a way. Yes! There is. What you need to do to get better is – start exercising, do yoga, or even meditate (it works). If you really want to help yourself, you must do it by yourself. YES! B vitamins help your central nervous system. Get b-complex and a b-12 to put under your tongue for extra nervous days. Exercise-do some thing you love-walk-work in the yard-swim-dance. Everyday do something in the way of exercise for 10 or more minutes. Get HAPPY CAMPER pills at the health food store. They are herbs so if you are taking any other meds. don't take them. I suffer from this condition and my mother is the worst Iv'e seen. She can not take drugs as she hallucinates!!!!!!!!!!! This works well for her too.
