Hello,

Last year I lost my baby boy due to PPROM (preterm premature rupture of membranes). It happened while I was just entering 20th week. PPROM was followed by an infection and even though I delivered, unfortunately there was no hope since the umbilical cord was already infected and looped around. My husband and I are thinking about trying for a baby again, but I just can’t shake off the sadness and fear that the same thing is going to happen with my next pregnancy. I’ve stopped taking birth control pills, but I’m still scared. Did any of you ladies who had pregnancy loss due to premature membrane rupture managed to carry successful pregnancy later?
