Hi. Does anyone here know any good pectorial excercises without using some sort of machinery?
Thanks.

I think that the best exercise is the push-up. If you can’t perform a regular ones at this time, start slowly – first the do the knee push ups, then, when you get strong enough switch to regular ones and, finally, when (or IF) they become to easy raise your feet up (on the step, stair or else). That does it for me and I think that the exercise is even better than many other for which you require machinery.

since I live at home still my diet is basically governed by my mum, and shes a vegetarian
for breakfast I have 2 to 4 weetabix, for lunch i have a bacon sandwich and a cake, and for tea i normally have pasta/chilli or sausages/burgers and chips
thats probly a poor diet for anything, let alone putting on muscle
what would you recommend i do? i should be able to eat more protein when i go to uni in september so that should help

TommyS,
You should eat diverse food as much as possible. Breakfast is the most important meal so you should have rich breakfast. Avoid cakes, burgers, pasta/chilli, sausages since it is fattening foods, especially for dinner. You should eat chichken white meat because it's protein rich. Avoid instant and canned food as well. Eat a lot of vegetables, too. It helps digestion, so you will be able to eat several times a day. It's better to eat smaller meals but more often than to have large meal once.
Good luck and let us know if this helps!
Also if you have any advice for others please share your knowledge.
