Hi, I would like to find out the answer to one question, but first to explain the situation. I have problems with my fingers. It is rather usual for me to feel cold in fingers due to reduced circulation. I have condition known as raynaud's disease. But I am feeling heartburn also. Can those two things be related?

Yes, there is possibility for relation of those two things. There is condition known as CREST syndrome. It contains symptoms of raynaud's phenomenon. The CREST syndrome is less severe form of scleroderma. One of the symptoms of scleroderma is scarring of esophagus which leads to heartburn and trouble swallowing. So this is one of the explanations, but it is better to consult your doctor to be sure.
