It would be highly unlikely if his penis is actually that size now it will grow any more during the rest of puberty as he is way over average adult size now!

He may be measuring it the wrong way, for example, a penis can be as much as 2 inches larger if it's measured on the side which stretches into his balls, the proper way to measure is on the body side, more likely to be a few inches smaller than he says it is, guys like that have LARGE egos, not large penises.

Are you sure its that big!!? the correct way to measure a penis is on the body side, not the side that extends down into your balls, doing it that way can add as much as 2 to 3 inches. My GF measured mine the wrong side when I was a teenager, it came to 9" but it is 7" measuring it the correct way. Yours is probably 6 3/4" or 7" at the most

It would be very unlikely for him to reach 7 inches if measuring the correct way as the average size is between five and a half to six inches.
Most guys who have a penis length of 6 inches or more as 13 will not grow any more during puberty.

Yes exactly, however sometimes a 'boys' penis goes to full BEFORE he reaches full manhood, for example, a 13-year-old boy will have a fully grown 'man-sized' penis before he reaches full manhood like his weight and especially his height, that's why when a boy with a man-sized penis shows off his penis it looks so big compared with the rest of his not yet fully developed body.

Yes it may seem an easy word to spell but PENIS is correct, I have seen many different spellings of the word, just as many different spellings as the actual size of a penis, it varies so much, ha ha, penus, peeenis, peanus, peenis, good one that, yes it could be PEEnis as of course you pee out of it. but P E N I S is the correct spelling
