That's quite a big difference in only 2 years, yes at that age you get the biggest sprout ever, it probably won't get any bigger now but does give hope to boys who only have a small penis at 13 or 14.

Boys being concerned about how they compare to other boys has been going on for generations sir. Perhaps you noticed this is a health site ( got at question about growth and development, pregnancy, is my size normal) get an answer. Penis size has never been a secret and talking about your body is nothing to be ashamed of. Sir the issue is not that they post how big their penises are the issue is that you would try to tell them they are doing something wrong. Sir if you want to keep your size a secret that is your choice and if these boys want to learn if they are developing normally and if their size is okay they are not doing anything wrong. Perhaps rather than trying to tell someone they shouldn't be doing something and lying to them maybe some support and understanding would be much better received.

Good post from you, if you look back I have replied to letters and posts from many boys who are worried about the size of their penis, in most cases I have told them not to worry. Boys penises just like the rest of their body do develop at different stages, some will have a penis at 13 which won't grow anymore, others at 16 are still growing. I do agree with you that talking about your penis is nothing to be ashamed of, however, I am over 50 and when I was a teenager we did compare our penis size but within at least my family sex was never mentioned, nowadays things like that are more open
