It does vary from boy to boy at that age, I had a massive bush by the time I was 14 and a half, some of the boys were so jealous of how much hair I had around and on the base of my penis that they asked me to trim it down a bit to be more like what they looked like, of course I refused and so should any other boy in that situation, just keep the bush as hairy as nature intends it to be a never shave or trim any hair off ever
