That is a little above average for your age, however, the average boy/man's flaccid penis is like yours in being that if whatever length it is soft-flaccid, the erect penis will be 1.5" more, that is what the majority of men's penises are, however, there are many exceptions, I am 3.5" more when erect compared to what it is when soft, some 'extremes' vary from 2" soft to 8" erect or 6" soft and almost just half an inch larger when erect.
