I have a weight problem. So, what is new, you ask. Nothing! The usual things, diets, exercises, running etc. But I am not persistent enough. Every time I start something I want immediate results. I know it is a bad habit. I need philosophy path like ayurveda to keep my will strong. But I don't know can it help me whit weight-loss.
