Id like to thank everyone for there replies, hair is so interesting, i found the vitamins work for me, so im happy, but always interested in others opinions,

Foods that contain B-complex vitamins are: green leafy vegetables, liver, enriched wholegrain cereals/bread, all kinds of fish, bananas, peanuts, watermelon, grapefruit, wheat bread, mushrooms, eggs, milk, lean red meat and so on. Vitamin B is one of the best things for hair, and should be taken regularly.
