I have been feeling really sick lately. I have a bad shoulder and neck pain maybe from sleeping incorrectly. Also, period pain and cold and flu symptoms. I have been working also and not taken any days off and by the time I get home I am so exhausted I could fall asleep in the car on my way back home but as soon as I get home I can't get to sleep till 12am. What can I do to relieve all these stresses?

It sounds like you are really stressed out. I suggest a warm bath and a bowl of your favorite soup just before going to bed. Weekly massage therapy may help relieve your nervous tension, as well as your shoulder and neck pain. Put aside 30 minutes to an hour a day for physical exercise. Taking cold medication at bed time will make your drowsy and help you fall asleep faster.
