I've had a cold the past week, and have a very bad cough along with it. Last night I started to get a really sharp pain on my spine just below my neck between my shoulder blades. It wasn't too bad to start now I can't bend my neck forward, backward or side to side because of the pain. It's so bad I want to cry. Any ideas what it might be? Did I cough too hard??
