I had a flu injection at work 2 weeks ago and have now developed a bad cold . My nose is continully running i am coughing up flem my chest is sore from coughing cough worsens early morning and night feel really drained and tired could this have turned into a chest infection

Are you allergic to eggs at all? If you are, this is one of the reasons you could have this problem.
If you aren't, sometimes getting sick is one of the side effects of the shot. If it lasts for more than 24 hours, call the DR.
