I am worried because I don't know why the left ball bone is bigger than the right and how it protrudes put really annoys me. There is no pain and it is not soft just hard like solid bone but looks bigger than the one on my righhand, it also does not affect joint movement.
The part of the wrist I'm talking about is where the ulna bone meets the hand
Can someone please help me !!!!??
Hi, I know it is worrisome, but sounds like an osteophyte formation on your wrist, in other words, what is called a bone spur. In spite of what bone spur sounds like, it is just smooth and painless unless it begins to inpinge on a nerve. If you are still worried or it continues to get bigger and painful, you should see your doctor. Hope this helps
hi Vangogh, thanks for your reply I believe the name of the affected bone I am talking about is your Styloid Process of Ulna, the left Styloid being bigger / wider than the right styloid
Hi I really someones professional opinion here...... Is it normal for one Styloid process of ulna to be much bigger and more protruding than the other given there is no pain????
please reply for the love of god, I'm going crazy here with anxiety about it....
