My father is a very healthy active 93 year old. He could live another 5-10 years.

He was diagnosed with a sclerotic form of basal cell carcinoma on his nose.

It was about 1/2 centimeter long and 2 mm wide.

MOHS was recommended. We are concerned there could be disfiguration of the nose.

Since BCC is slow growing, and my father is a 93 year old who takes great pride in his appearance, would it be acceptable to do nothing?
