I'm a 13, almost 14, year old bed wetter and have always wet the bed. I usually wake up wet once or twice a week. I once had 6 weeks where I didn't wet at all and the occasional week where I'm dry, but it's extremely rare. I'm too embarrassed to go to the doctor. My mum and dad get mad at me for it but I can't help it. Please tell me what to do.
