I would like to know something about Benzodiazepines withdrawal effects. I have been using it for several weeks because of my sleeping problems. It is most likely those were related to my anxiety that has been developing for months now. Actually from the moment I became an executive in my company. Constant fear that something could go wrong made me turn to medicaments. Now I feel much better but I would like to know what to expect when I finish the therapy.

Second, to start reducing the dosage so that in time you stop with the drug without any negative effect. Doctor always recommend the second choice, even though people tend to choose the first way, thinking it is a faster one.
